Images ranging from beauty shots to hard-core erotica are included. Photographs of beautiful erotic models from the early 1970’s to the current day are represented in this collection. Most of these photos are unpublished and have never seen the light of day. This vast collection of Ken Marcus’ original transparencies includes some of his rare, diffused, soft focus nudes in addition to contemporary images as well. ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER: Ken Marcus is one of the Most Famous American Photographers of Glamour Nudes and Erotica. Producing exquisite images of beautiful nude models has been the foundation of his entire career spanning over 50 years. His early work containing soft, diffused images of attractive young women brought his work to international attention and early fame. Since the early 1970’s Ken’s photography has been been a regular feature in Playboy, Penthouse, Muscle & Fitness magazines, as well as art-books, album covers, movies & television, advertisements, museums and art galleries. Ken was the Artist-In-Resident at the Yosemite National Park Museum, where his ‘Nudes in Nature’ series is part of their permanent collection. As the first American photographer for Penthouse Magazine (1971-2006 ), Marcus was an early pioneer in photographing fully nude models showing pubic hair and genitalia (prior to that it was illegal in the US). He went on to spend 11 years ( 74’-85 ) with Playboy magazine shooting centerfolds, editorials, covers, and calendars. He also was a featured photographer for Muscle & Fitness magazine ( 86’-96’ ) where he produced editorials, features, covers and layouts with movie celebrities and famous bodybuilders. Working out of his studio in Hollywood, CA, Ken won numerous awards for advertising, editorial, commercial and centerfold photography. For over 25 years he conducted seminars and workshops on the advanced techniques of glamour photography. Many of his former assistants and students went on to successful careers shooting glamour nudes. Now for the first time, this special collection of Ken Marcus’ private original transparencies are being made available to collectors.
