Shimano FREEGAME XT S106M Spinning Rod

Shimano's challenge to change the concept of pack & travel rods.
Free Game XT is a full-fledged shore-style multi-piece rod that overcomes the weaknesses of pack and travel rods.
The blanks are equipped with Shimano's proud high power X.
We added tension to the blanks, which tend to become heavy and sag due to the large number of joints, and achieved a sharp swing feel.
In addition, in Free Game XT, we deliberately adopted parallel succession.
This gives it strong bat power.
There is a greater degree of freedom in guide settings compared to the swing-out method, which leads to better performance.
Of course, we also thoroughly pursue the portability and ease of use that are unique to pack & travel rods.
The dimensions of the bag are set to less than 60cm, which is the carry-on size for domestic aircraft, and can be accommodated in a large suitcase.
Furthermore, the tip piece is set slightly shorter than the other pieces.
This prevents the tip from being damaged when carrying it in two or three parts.
