VW GOLF 7 R-Line blue instrument cluster needles / pointers

- original genuine item, not any repaint! unused, surplus from factory!

Set consists of two big and two small needles, as on picture. Ideal to modify VW cluster to a R-LINE look.
Originally these needles are from GOLF MK7 and fits 1:1 as a replacement for red needles, however based on our customer's and cluster workshops, they can be fitted to various VW instrument clusters made by VDO/CONTINENTAL, for example: GOLF MK6, MK5, GOLF PLUS, TIGUAN, JETTA, TOURAN, PASSAT CC, PASSAT B7, VW GOLF MK4, AUDI A3, SKODA etc..... It is not possible to give a complete list of instrument clusters, and on some it may be a bit difficult to fit them, or there may be some modifications needed (to shorten plastic shafts). On some clusters, they may appear a little bit shorter than original needles. On request we can send you a sheet with dimensions of the needles, please contact me.

Please note that needles only fit to clusters made by CONTINENTAL/VDO!

Modification is on your own risk and requires also some mechanical skills, disassembling of instrument cluster, and then correct adjustment to zero positions. To use blue needles, also it is neccessary to exchange needle illumination smd leds on cluster mainboard. Smd-soldering skills needed, as well as you have to buy mostly 6pcs of blue smd leds, type 3258 PLCC2, at least 500-800mcd. We do not supply leds. As well as we do not supply any installation instructions, all works required are on your own risk and in your own turn! Or please contact any instrument cluster repair shop if you are not sure whether you are able to manage replacement yourself.
