This is an excavated specimen though it's
not carrying any evidence of that.
NO chips, cracks or other damage, no stains.
MINT condition, displays fantastic!
Circa 1885-1900, standing 8 & 3/4 inches,
mold-blown by hand with a hand-tooled
top and lip in the single, long taper style.
There's sunken-panels on all four sides,
embossed in BIG and bold font on opposite sides.
There's a string that ties two sides together,
and is a bird swing across one corner.
The lower neck has good vertical stretch-marks,
upper neck has a wide band of circular
hand-tooling lines which continue
right up through the lip itself.
There's some neat bubbles spread around.
The base has some humped-up and uneven wave,
which translates nicely into vertical
thickness variations, visible up
the panel edges.
It's embossed on opposite sides;
