A race training model with rebound and stability. Renewed to a new upper with lightweight air mesh! Lightweight minus 20g (27.0cm) with attention to detail.

Recommended for runners who want to take the next step up from the WAVE RIDER, for use in speed training with the WAVE RIDER, or for jogging or LSD to train ground feel when used with a higher-end racing shoe. A convenient pair that can be used in a variety of ways to increase variation in shoe rotation.

■Midsole

Adopted the entire surface "MIZUNO ENERZY foam" with excellent cushioning and resilience. It corresponds to a wide range of speed training to full marathon races in a moderate "medium thickness" midsole of 24.0mm forefoot and 32.0mm rearfoot (27.0cm). In addition, the "WAVE PLATE" in the midsole provides both cushioning and stability, and the shape extended to the forefoot is designed to provide higher propulsive force (compared to the WAVE RIDER). On the other hand, we have also taken into consideration gentleness and ease of use for the foot.

■ Upper

The thickness of the upper mesh has been revised from the previous model in order to reduce weight. While ensuring durability, lightweight and breathability are improved. By adopting a gusset structure that extends to the side of the shoe, the tongue (tongue) is seeking to improve the support and fit of the foot shake.

■Last

The last is designed to provide a comfortable fit for runners aiming to step up to the next level. The same last as the WAVE RIDER is used.
