- REASONS: Confirm that the product can produce an electric spark. 2. Make sure the product has fuel. 3. Make sure the gas valve knob on the bottom of the product is working. 4. Confirm whether the product switch can be used normally
- SOLUTIONS: 1. The product can produce electric sparks that is normal, no electric sparks to prove that the product failure. 2. If there is no fuel, you need to use butane to fill it. 3. Adjust the gas valve knob to "+" or "-", and push the switch to see if it can be hit every time you debug. 4. Push the switch of the product to see if you can hear the hissing gas sound.
STATUS 2: GAS LEAKAGE
- REASONS: 1. Gas leakage when filling, may have used substandard butane filling canisters, or incorrect filling techniques. 2. Gas leakage when using, may be the position of the gas valve is not right.
- SOLUTIONS: 1. Use a butane gas canister with a LONG universal nozzle, and the canister should be inverted VERTICALLY when filling. 2. Adjust the gas valve knob to the right position.
STATUS 3: CAN'T FILLING
- REASONS: 1. There may be air or other gases left in the gas tank. 2. Using poor quality butane or other non-butane fuel 3. Use of substandard butane gas canister.
- SOLUTIONS: 1. Push the gas valve with a screwdriver or other small tools to drain ALL air or other residual gas, and then refill it again. 2. Replace with high quality butane and refill the product again.3. Must use a canister with a Long universal nozzle.
