After one month we can send BMS or cells to you for repair,or you can send it back to repair as well. Charge and discharge: 1. If the battery has a power switch, please open it during charging, can help to charge more full. 2. The lithium battery can be charged at any time, it is not necessary that all energy is exhausted before charging. Storage: 1. The battery should be used within a range of operating temperatures. Otherwise, there may be a loss of properties, leakage and / or rust. 2. The rechargeable battery should be used within a short period of time after recharging, as the battery may self-discharge during prolonged storage. 3.
