Bach 50B3LO bass trombone Used

Description

Vincent Bach Bass Trombone Stradivarius 50B2LO Yellow Bell 10.5-inch Large Bell
This instrument was made in 1988, during a time when Bach's quality was still stable. It features a two-piece slide joint and a bell with a brass bead, retaining the goodness of the old models. The instrument is characteristic for its rich and solid sound coming from the 10.5-inch bell.

Although there have been minor specification changes as the factory has changed, this instrument is still being made today and produces a rich Bach-like sound. The current retail price for a new one is 970,000 yen.

Getting used to playing a large bell may take some time, but once you can produce the sound, the pleasant resonance is addictive.

There are repair marks on the bell from dents, but they have been carefully repaired. Despite being an instrument from over 30 years ago, there is minimal wear and fatigue, and common Bach corrosion issues like on the slide handle and stockings are almost non-existent. It is still a fully functional instrument that can be used actively. Of course, the slides, rotary valves, and tuning slides all work well.

Bach instruments, even when new, tend to wear out quickly within a few years, but aside from certain parts like the bell, this one is in good condition. Please examine the images closely, ask any questions you may have, and note that there will be no claims accepted after purchase.

It is a very good instrument. Recently, it has become rare to come across used bass trombones, and the prices have gone up. Would you consider taking advantage of this opportunity?

It will be shipped in the original case (with a broken handle that has been temporarily repaired).
