Up for your consideration is a Ben 10 Four Arms V.2 with mini figure that works with the Revolution Omnimatrix.

It was released by BanDai in association with the Cartoon Network in 2012. He stands about 4 inches tall and the color is red. The mini figure is red also and stands about 1 inch tall. There is some card separation from the blister and a crease on the hanger hook (See Photo's), but other than that the card and blister are in great shape and has never been removed from the packaging.
