This doll is from the Effanbee Reproduction Doll Line that reproduced its own vintage dolls. The details and molds are wonderful.

This is Patsy Jr. She is one of my favorites. She has reddish brown curls, green open and shut eyes, and she's dressed in a blue, white, and red plaid dress with a sailor suit color. Her one piece undies and hair bow all match. She's never been played with or had her clothes changed. She can hold a pose or a stand, but her stringing isn't super tight.
