We are pleased to offer an impressive silverplated open footed centerpiece or basket from Reed & Barton.  It is unusual in its look;  it has an Oriental Aesthetic motif with larged pierced open areas featuring large parrots.  The center is lightly gilded of gold washed and engraved with lush roses.  The top of the handle and the feet are ornamented with Aesthetic designs.  In the center is a circular area that has an ornately engraved monogram.

Condition:  Very good - there are 3 areas on the underside of the bowl (probably from over polishing), otherwise no plate wear or loss.  It has been hand polished so there will be no surprises.   

Size:  13 1/2" tall to the top of the handle, bowl is 12" wide.
