Vintage fine quality ceramic Kingfisher Bird Figurine.  My friends mom brought this back from London England in the early 1990's.  It is 6 1/4" high and 4" long across bottom base.  No chips or cracks.  Some slight gold paint wear on beak is all.  Very detailed and of finer quality for sure.
