This is the Burley Coho XC Trailer.

The 16" wheel has been upgraded to the wider cross-country version.

You are going to want to fit the trailer yoke to your bike.  It depends on your bike's rear axle.

     - for hub spacing of 130-135mm

- Burley nutted axle adaptors

The Burley Coho trailer has only one wheel.  It has coil spring suspension.  Comparing panniers with the trailer, the vertical load on the rear axle is transferred to the lower, sprung, wider trailer wheel.  This can result in less stress to the bike and a smoother ride.

But be careful not to overload the trailer - roll on the trailer transfers to roll on the bike which can make it difficult to control and in traffic perhaps unsafe.
