This coin has a repunched date, identified as Snow-10 because of the doubling inside the 8 and 6 that is weak, but visible at the right angle. The reverse of the coin has been rotated 180 degrees from where it should be. The L is not visible, but the pointed bust allows us to be certain of the variety.
