Hollie Anger joined the navy in World War 1 on a HMS Fareham which was a twin screw minesweeper he completed a medical in 1917 but was 17 & not old enough .He eventually volunteerd in 1918 - November 1919 on HMS Fareham & served until 1922 on various others.
