This item is a lovely fluffy sissy tulle petticoat, perfect for wearing under flouncy satin dresses and skirts - delightfully feminine and full and girly..... The petticoat measures about 22" in length though it really flounces out more than it hangs down from the waist. The waist measures 28" when relaxed and stretches to 38" stretched - the waist has a good quality strong elastic.... The material is a mix of polyesters, a soft band at the top with two layers of tulle that flounce out quite delightfully and drape from the silky soft band at the waist ...really good for supporting a 50's styled skirt or dress....and there is a shorter satiny layer under the tulle layers too The petticoat would make lovely menswear too for those who appreciate slipping into something soft and feminine to relax in .......... especially if worn over some of the femme frilly panties I have listed every week....
