1991 - G.I. Joe: COBRA COMMANDER Talking Battle Commanders

Item is complete and all of the buttons still work and give off clear sounds. The item is sealed however I believe “surgery” was performed to remove the collector card that came inserted into marked packages. I say that because there is an invisible slit hidden on the very bottom of the side bubble that is just large enough to get the card out but not disrupt the figure in any way. Other than that would make for a great display piece.
