12-Pen Roll-Up Pen Wrap/Case
This is an EXCEPTIONAL 12-pen wrap. The wrap holds 12 pens in double elastics and has two fold-over flaps inside to protect the pens. Very soft felt inside to protect your pens. I do not know who made it or where but it's very well made of a nice sturdy black vinyl outside and soft felt inside. Two cords to tie it closed. This wrap is new unused. 18" long open flat. Holds pens up to 7" long!
