The napkin ring has two slightly raised rims and the entire front and curved sides of the napkin ring features lovely repousse floral work, except for the cartouche-- which is monogrammed in attractive script with the letters WHG-- and the ring's back, which is plain

It is stamped on the inside with Stieff and sterling and 2 small crosses.
