Very Rare and Unusual Packaging Variation for this Classic Horror Toy 

Saunders Manufacturing and Novelty Company of Cleveland Ohio packaged these give away premiums for  the Tote's Big Boy Restaurant Chain.

Besides the Witch the package contains a toy ambulance and a miniature ship model

These were made as a Christmas gift promotion as one side of the header card is Big Boy and the other side is Santa Claus
