This is a scarce antique game cards set produced by Milton Bradley c1915. Its called "Peter Coddle's Trip". The box contains 24 red printed cards as well as the instruction sheet which includes the story of Peter Coddle's Trip, with phrases left blank for the game players to complete. Each card contains 3 phrases which can be used to fill in the blanks. The litho paper covered cardboard box, measuring 4-3/4 x 6 inches, features a comical colorful old litho image of Peter Coddle with his monogrammed suitcase and a trolley car.The corners of the box are split.
The cards are in perfect condition overall consistent with age and prior use. We do not know whether all of the game cards are present. There are no dates on the box or instructions. We estimate c1915. Sold as is, as shown.
