This 12in X 12in built diorama was custom hand made in 1:87 HO scale.  A retreat getaway in the mountains with high detailed water, trees, buildings. people, scenery, gravel, rocks, dirt, plants, and what ever else is in the woods.  Life like fisherman and stream water, a super neat old 48 woody, realistic scrubs and trees and the buildings are weathered to make them look old and used.   There is a  water wheel along with the cabin.  This is in HO scale so if you train folks would like to add it to a layout then you will want to pull it off the frame it is attached to. This will be double boxed for protection.  NOTE:  This is extremely fragile and I'll pack this as tight as I can to help protect it.  Please be aware that some pieces could get knocked loose and you might have to re-glue them back on.
