Description - Delightful 19th century Georgian era William IV good gauge solid silver snuff box of rectangular form with hinged lid and thumb piece

all sides are embellished with engine turned decoration plus raised floral foliate borders and a central cartouche which has an "X" cross

rich silver-gilt (gold washed) interior.

Fully hallmarked with anchor for Birmingham assay, lion passant indicating 925 grade solid silver, King's head, date letter "J" for the year 1832 and the maker's mark "E J" which is Edwin Jones.

Condition - In excellent condition, no dents, dinks, ding dints, splits, holes, repairs 

engine turned decoration crisp and clear

hinge tight and secure and the interior gilding is rich and bright.
