1940s Elf “Pipe” Twin cylinder model engine. Comes with misc. parts, couplings, and a prop. Circa 1944-45

This engine is not fully assembled, and I am uncertain if any parts are missing.

I have not tested this engine, and I am unsure of any faults it may have. This is an antique piece and has not been used in the past 70 years.
