This was my personal system bought brand new from Best Buy serial number matchs the box. I was cleaning it with a cloth and broke a piece of plastic off of it. Please look at the pictures see second to the last picture. The games do show some scratches and have definitely been played, but they all play. HBO boxing game, the case is cracked.
