Returns Policy: Synergy Exhaust does not accept returns for items unless they are damaged, faulty, or the wrong item was sent. In the rare event that this is the case, buyers must adhere to the following procedures:

Responsibility for Return Shipping: It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the item back to us using a tracked and signature service of their choice. The item must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Buyers are also required to include a copy of their details and sales information inside the package.
Loss of Parcel in Transit: In the event that the parcel is lost in transit to us, the buyer bears the responsibility for this loss. No refund will be issued until the item has been received and inspected by a member of our team.
Refund Determination: Upon inspection, if it is determined that there is no fault or damage to the item, no refund will be issued. In such cases, it will be the buyer's responsibility to provide a postage label/service for the item to be returned to them. If the buyer was originally sent the wrong item, the buyer has the choice of receiving a refund for the COST OF THE ITEM ONLY, or we can send out the correct item instead.

Please note that buyers should not send any returned items to us until they have spoken and confirmed with a member of our team. Any items which have been sent before doing this will not be processed.
