• Local Pickup: We welcome online payment or payment upon pickup. Please collect your order within 7 days after the auction closes; otherwise, we may recycle or resell it, with a 15% restocking fee applied.
• Pickup Hours: Our pickup location is open from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm (no weekend pickup service), and is conveniently located at SW Marine Dr, Vancouver, near the Marine Dr Sky-train station.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided on the market is accurate. Buyers must promptly collect parcels as instructed by the carrier to avoid any additional charges or fees. We reserve the right to charge extra shipping fees for remote locations (Canada: YT, NT, NU and other remote areas; USA: AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and other territories that are not part of the continental US and other remote areas ); please request a quote before bidding. • We accept returns through postal services only (Canada Post, USPS, and other countries' postal services). We do not accept any COD (collect on delivery) returns or UPS, DHL, FedEx returns. Buyers must provide the dimensions and weight of return parcels, as well as their email addresses on PayPal.
• Please label the return parcel as "Return Goods" or inquire with the courier to ensure that customs or taxes are not charged. Any customs or tax charges incurred will be the buyer's responsibility.
