Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our eBay shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy. 

Upon completion of shopping you will be prompted to pay now or to request an updated invoice.  

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal. 

If you don’t have an PayPal account then we do accept payment via Debit or Credit Card. 

Orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

Postage

Orders will be sent via China Post or our preferred courier.

Delivery Schedule

Upon receiving your order aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 business working days. 

Typical delivery time is between 7-15 days.

We will endeavour to meet the dispatch time as per our delivery schedule. 

If due to unforeseen circumstances there is a delay in dispatching goods from our warehouse we will contact you and 

advise you of the revised schedule.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock we will contact you giving you the option of either cancelling the purchase of the item or placing 

it as a back order.

Guarantee

We try to guarantee your complete satisfaction, though we cannot be held responsible for the inaccuracy of any 

information printed on the packaging of any products purchased from us.

Privacy Policy

Does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than for goods delivery purposes in which case the third party 

will not disclose any of the details.

Returns Policy

Faulty goods or goods supplied different to that which was ordered should be returned to us within fourteen days in the 

original packaging.

Please message us at with your name, order number, and details of the issue. 

We will then advise you of which method to return goods by and a full refund of postage costs will be given.

Goods that are not faulty but you would still like a refund must be returned to us within fourteen days. 

The goods must be in original and resalable condition. On receipt of goods we will immediately issue a refund 

unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage return costs incurred by yourself. 

Items returned should be sent to us at the address shown on the invoice. 

The invoice should also be enclosed and returned with the goods.

At the time you dispatch goods by our preferred return method we advise that you obtain and retain in a safe place proof 

of posting.
