This is an amazing Vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure from Playmates Toys. The figure showcases Splinter, the beloved character from the popular TMNT movie franchise. It is made of high-quality plastic material and was manufactured in 1992 in Macao.  "Movie Star Splinter" Un-Punched. has vein upper right corner of card. a small very subtle indentation on bottom center of bubble.   New Never opened.
