This vintage heart-shaped ring is a delicate and beautiful piece of jewelry. The clear stone in the center adds a touch of elegance to the ring. The ring is stamped 14k, and is a promise ring style. Its vintage and has lots of wear and some damage from age. I do not know if it is 14k that is just what is on the stamp. The age and country of origin is unknown.
