This is a Kilfitt Vintage 40mm f3.5 Makro Kilar E Close Up Lens. Early Red C Version. Scarce M42 Screwmount. Please note that the rear flange extends pretty far outward beyond the mount. So it would probably hit the mirror on a lot of SLR cameras. So it might have to be adapted in some way to be usable. From a local estate. Has some issues. Read details below before bidding. 

Cosmetics-Good overall with some general wear and dirt residue. See photos. Operationally the focusing turns through its range ok with some firmness from old gummy lubrication. The aperture blades are clean but the ring control adjusts stiffly going from f22 to f3.5. Its smoother going the other direction. The optics have some dust from age and some beginning fungus strands. Would need a CLA to be back to original specs. Might be ok as an occasional or limited use item. See lots of photos of what you are getting. Sold AS IS.

Includes the lens and rear Zenit cap seen above. Nothing else is included. Will be well packed for safe shipping.
