My friend and I are looking to rent out our two bedrooms in a five-bedroom two bath home. We are listing two bedrooms in the basement of the home including 1 washroom to share. It is a short walk from Twiggs and in a lovely neighbourhood. We are looking for two Nipissing or Canadore students to rent from May to August while we return home. There will be three other females living in the upstairs portion of the house throughout the summer! All utilities are included in the $ 700 monthly/per room price.
