You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #1808-149 "New Englan Rancher House."  

This kit was released in 1966. NOTE: this New England ranch house is one of the more desirable color combinations in one of the more difficult box numbers to acquire.

This kit is in "excellent+++" condition with the original factory sheet of decal curtains - unused. The box is marked "green roof," but is still a very nice box. 

A nice collectible piece. 

These New England 1 1/2 Story rancher houses always look very striking on the Plasticville residential layout or collection especially when illuminated.
