“Can you tell me the ..x.. measurement?” or "Can you double check this measurement?"
- Once items are listed, they are placed into a sealed poly bag and stored away. Therefore, additional measurements can't be provided.
"How does this item fit? Is it true to size?"
- Items listed were never my personal items, so I'm unable to answer questions regarding fit. Please refer to measurements provided and compare against your own clothing.
- Measurements are provided to help avoid the hassle of returns. Before purchase, please measure a piece of your own clothing and compare against the measurements provided to ensure proper fit.
"What's your return policy?"- All items are eligible for return within 30 days from initial sale. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Item must be returned in the condition in which it was sold (i.e. NWT items must still have tags attached, item must measure the same as when it was sold, etc.) to receive a full refund.
"When will you ship this item out?"
- All paid items will be shipped within 1 business day (this does not include weekends or holidays.)
