Tips:
01. This duct can only be used with a machine with a flexible shaft, such as a desktop polishing machine, hanging mill, electric drill, electric grinder, etc. Must be installed on the right side of the mill, otherwise the reverse direction will destroy the soft shaft.
02. After using for 10 minutes, it must be stopped for 2-3 minutes to avoid overheating of the duct, and then use it after the machine has cooled down completely.
03. This duct can only engrave the surface of the material. The angle of the lower knife is controlled at a small angle of 15-20 degrees, not too big or even vertical.
Principle of engraving:
The working mode of the engraving knives is front and rear vibration. The cutter head is not rotated. When using it, it should be pressed with a little force. When the cutter head touches the wood, it will duce ultra-high speed and small vibration, and engraving with such ultra-high speed vibration. It can be engraved with a hand-engraving of one-third of the force and three to five times the speed without fatigue.
