This copy is number 774 of a LIMITED EDITION of 900 copies. Found in the book, and included for the purchaser, is a card from Sam Dalton wishing the reader a joyous Christmas, a world full of happiness, and peace with honor in the coming years.

This item is in nice condition. The slipcase is fully functional, with some discoloration and minor scuffing. There is wear to the edges of the book covers. The interior of the book is clean with no bookplates, ink names, pen/pencil notations, or similar flaws.

Samuel A. Dalton was President of Typographic Services, Inc. in Philadelphia. From the early 1950s to 1968, Dalton published a series of annual Christmas books in numbered, limited editions, all taken from the works of Charles Dickens.
