Beautiful piece. Very nice condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Minimal cosmetic gilt loss on close inspection. 11" in diameter and 1&3/4" tall. There is a small amount of gold rub off here and there.  Does not detract in the least.Please use photos carefully.   There is Swooping bird sor dragons.  Embossed high relief.  Thank you for looking.
