This is a beautiful unused collar.   We've acquired beautiful victorian handmade lace and supplies, and were excited to see this piece.   It is a litt puffy crochet? piece in good condition.   There is one small dark age spot that we see which likely can be removed with soaking in oxyclean if you even want to remove it.

When folded in half, it measures 12" across from shoulder to shoulder and 4.5" across from neck edge to neck edge.  It measures approx 4" long from center neck edge to bottom of back, essentially this is 4" wide.
