Each purchase is provided with priority mail tracking # - please follow the route of your package at usps.com and add your live snails to new aquarium water promptly after delivery. We can not be responsible for death of live snails due to shipping delays or left in the mailbox outside in high/low temperature for prolonged time periods.

  Live Ramshorn Snails  - Aquarium, Pond Cleanup - Algae Eating - Freshwater.  Nice mix of colors and sizes.  1/8" to 1/2" + in size.   Ships priority USPS with tracking out of Ohio.  Arrives in 1-5 days estimated based on location, delays and shipping times. Shipping fees are non-refundable as I can not control delays with the post office.

    Please put them in a container of clean tank water immediately and give them up to 24-48 hours to adjust.  If water is discolored or smells still please put in fresh aquarium water and allow the snails to adjust.  I ship 2 times per week.  I will add tracking immediately after shipped and may delay shipping if weather is a concern however I PREFER TO SHIP ON MONDAYS TO PREVENT DELAYS.

If the post office has unexpected delays arriving more than 6 days past shipping date to your location please, message me although I can not refund for shipping & supplies, tax and eBay fees.
