This elaborate model is a 1/150th scale model of the actual Shinkansen bullet train that operates in Japan.
The model is a special product made possible through full cooperation between the railroad company and Disney.
It can also be enjoyed on display while still in the package.
The Series 800 is the main train of the Kyushu Shinkansen, which runs mainly on the Kyushu Shinkansen between Hakata and Kagoshima Chuo.
The headlights, exterior side lines, and other features of the Series 800-1000 are different from those of the Series 0.
The "GO! WAKU WAKU SMILE" project was launched to bring smiles to people all over Kyushu with Mickey and many other friends. 800 Series U9 trains, specially designed for this project, have been in service for a limited time since August 24, 2023.
The "U9 train" with DISNEY characters is now available as a commercial product.
