As the drone itself is a sensitive cargo and heavy in its own weight, so the postage will be very expensive, different models of drones have different weights and the postage will change, we will bear part of the shipping cost as a way to reduce the buyer's burden. As drones are sensitive goods, we recommend shipping in batches for maximum security, in which we will deliver the goods to you in the safest way, please be patient.

Returns

We do not accept returns without a reason, such as "do not need the goods", "do not like the goods", "bought the wrong model". Please place your order after talking to the seller.

We only sell the global version, the global version can be used in any region, and you can set your own language, if you have other version needs, you can leave a message to us, we will answer for you.

Customs clearance issues

If you do not want to pay tax, please contact our customer service to declare a lower value, and the customer will bear the consequences of uncontrollable factors. If you need to declare the actual amount, please leave a message to customer service. We will transport according to customer requirements, and any accidents during logistics other than damage to the goods will need to be borne by the customer. Transporting any electronic product carries the risk of being seized by customs, and drones are sensitive goods that are at risk going in and out of customs, and the risk is the same no matter where you buy them.

Regarding the customs duty of the drone, we will declare the amount of $800 for the customer by default, but any risk of customs seizure needs to be borne by the customer.

Drone activation issues

Due to the drone is protected by China's regional laws, the global universal version of the drone will be shipped with activation, the activation of the drone is the same day the seller confirms the payment, the activated drone will not affect any experience, the use of the account can be logged in freely, and will not have any risk of use, if you need other versions, such as the Chinese version, please leave us a message.
