Does have some dirt and dust in places from being in storage.
There are marks from use and storage as shown in the pictures above.
There is scratching to the panel from general use and storage as seen.
There is no cracking in the panel as shown in the pictures.
All the mounting points are in good condition and still intact.
Does not come with any fixings you will have to use your old ones.
Please look at the picture provided carefully as they will show the condition far better than a description can.
