Antique Ultra Rare Badenia made by famous Andreas Huber 400 day Anniversary torsion clock in very good condition circa 1911

Serviced recently and suspension/torsion spring (Holovar) has been replaced also the movement has been oiled and overhauled and cleaned,

The clock has serial number inside the back plate 11705 taking this back to 1911.Another typical mark for A.Huber clocks location of the serial number.

Porcelain dial in very good condition

Made in Germany

This is rare movement with lantern pinions and also with ultra rare pin pallet with a loop on pin pallet very characteristic for A.Huber mark

Has numbers of two Huber patents on the back one for lantern pinions and another one for escapement pin pallet the patents ran from 1911 until 1915

Please note that this pallet is wrongly identified in popular 400 day clock repair guide and according to recent revision on 7/2/2024 this plate 1016a belongs to Andreas Huber not Badische and it wasn’t made in 1890 as book suggest but between 1911-1915 according to new data found.

High with dome 32 cm without glass dome 29 cm

Very quiet movement , no ticking at all

Original Glass dome also come with two ends winding key,one end of key is for adjusting the pendulum and another end is for winding the clock

Please note this is very specific clock so some knowledge of torsion clocks will be required to keep it running properly also it hass to be placed on the firm surface such like fireplace mantel , no table or cabinets  you may need to do some basic settings after transit .

Fully working condition and excellent time keeper

Please see pictures for general condition of the clock also video shows the clock in work in order and in proper beat.

Please note the clock is in working order and proper beat I did download the video file showing clock in working order but for some strange reason the video has a still under review so it must be another glitch in the eBay system.
