The car consists of a lower car body and an upper car body. The lower car body has an engine room and a baggage compartment, while the upper car body has a workroom with seating for 23 people and an operator's compartment with seats for the driver, operator, and conductor. The box-shaped body is designed to accommodate a large number of people for work that requires a large number of people during the winter season. *Couplers cannot be installed due to interference with the russel head.
