Attendants sterilize each cow's udder and teat cups before and after each milking. No human hand comes in contact with milk. When mild leaves cow, it accumulates in the glass container above stalls. System enables employees to mild, record the weight of milk produced by each cow and convey it, without exposure, through sanitary stainless steel vacuum pipes to cooler and storage tanks.
