Combined Postage

We combine postage on items up to 28kg in weight. There is a flat rate for UK Mainland (excludes Highlands, please see delivery details below) charged at Â£6.95, this covers up to 28kg.Â Some items are excluded from combined postage, these will be specified in the listing under the postage details, this includes bulky items such as beds, ladders and furniture.Â Orders outside of the UK can also be combined up to 28kg and will be charged at one price, please contact us for a price quote as these are country specific.

Payment

All of our prices are inclusive of VAT. We are a VAT registered company and can provide you with a VAT invoice upon request.

When placing an order, you are binding into a legal contract with us. Please only place an order with us if you intended to complete the transaction. If an item is not paid for within 10 days an automatic eBay resolution case will be opened. We will pursue all unpaid orders for listing fees and charges where possible.

If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible to avoid your parcel being sent out. If the item has not been dispatched we will refund/cancel the order where possible.

We currently only accept PayPal through our eBay store, items available for collection can be paid for in person by cash/card when they are collected. Please contact us if you are collecting an item so we can arrange a time and method of payment.

Delivery

All items will be sent via Parcel Force, Royal Mail or DHL, please see the listing details to see how your item(s) will be sent.

If Parcel Force is being used for the following areas: Scottish Highlands (Postcodes HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3), UK Islands and Northern Ireland, there is a Â£9 surcharge for these areas which will be added on to your order during check out.

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment, please note that our working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Orders placed over the weekend or during bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Postage can be combined on any number of items in any number of quantities for a maximum postage and packaging charge of Â£6.95, please note that if a surcharge is required for delivery location this will still apply.

We are a responsible retail company and where possible try to use recycled packaging materials. It is quite possible the outer packaging will display an entirely different product to the one you have ordered.Â If you feel that your postage charge is incorrect please contact us so we can adjust/refund your order where necessary.

We will only ship to the address on PayPal. If you require an alternative shipping address please make sure that you enter this during PayPal's checkout/confirmation section. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances. If you do require a change of address please contact us so we can stop the parcel being sent out. eBay regulations do not permit sending parcels to addresses which have not been confirmed by PayPal.

Parcels are usually delivered between 1-5 working days, however the Royal Mail have advised us we have to allow up to 14 working days for items being delivered by them. If you have not received your item after 14 working days please contact us.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time or date, this comes down to which company is delivering the parcel and where you are situated on the delivery route. Most items are delivered the next working day, we do not offer special/Saturday delivery.

In the event that you have been left a card from a courier or Royal Mail saying your parcel needs to be collected, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to collect it, this can usually be done by quoting the reference on the card and rescheduling a new delivery time. If you fail to collect the parcel we may need to charge you postage if it needs to be resent.

Returns

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for items that are unsuitable or wrongly ordered. Items must be returned to us in the condition they are received including all packaging, tags and labels. Items returned to us missing parts, packaging or that show signs of use will be deemed unsuitable for a full refund.

If you have received a faulty item please notify us though eBay's email system within 14 working days, this will be used to keep a record of the fault and correspondence for future reference. Please retain all packaging for the faulty item.

If you have received the wrong item please notify us and return the item within 7 working days. We will send out the correct item and refund reasonable postage costs where required. When sending an item back we recommended sending the item back recorded and second class to avoid high postage charges. Please do not send items back via special delivery. If you have received an item via courier please contact us for returning the item as a collection may be arranged.

To help ensure your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible please include a reason for return of the item and your eBay ID.

All refunds will be processed within 2 working days.

Auction items are non-returnable (unless faulty).
