Description - Exquisite early 20th century Edwardian Art Nouveau good gauge solid silver card case of rectangular form with hinged lid, thumb piece and silver-gilt (gold washed) interior

both sides embellished with embossed scroll and scallop decoration with each side having vacant cartouche

suitable for Bank/ Credit Cards etc.

Fully hallmarked with the anchor for Birmingham assay, lion passant indicating 925 grade solid sterling silver, date letter "f" for the year 1905, the maker's mark "H M" which is Henry Matthews.

Condition - In excellent condition, no dents, dinks, dings, dints, splits, holes, repairs  

hinge is strong closing the lid shut securely

interior silver-gilt is rich and bright

decoration is free from rubbing.
