Description - Exquisite c1935 Czechoslovakian good gauge solid silver cigarette/ tobacco box of rectangular form with hinged lid and thumb piece
lid embellished with a wonderful hand engraved floral leaf pattern, the underside has engine turned bands
there is a cartouche with engraved initials (removable)
silver-gilt (gold washed) interior.
Czechoslovakian hallmarks with the triangular lozenge with the number 5 indicating 800/ 1000 solid silver fineness, "800" is stamped and the maker or town mark "BP".
Condition - In excellent condition no dents, dings, dints, splits, holes or repairs
engraved decoration crisp and clear with no rubbing or wear
silver-gilt has no loss or thinning and with a good sheen.
hinge is tight closing the lid securely.
