Presented for sale is an Antique Hand Painted Silk Painting.
This large, beautiful silk painting would make an excellent centerpiece to any room.
Depicts a hunting band on horseback chasing after boar, gazelles, and tigers.
The regalia looks to be more Mongolian than Japanese, especially considering
the use of horses, but it’s still a powerful piece of art regardless.
It looks to have been hand painted by an unknown artist.
We do not know the precise age of this piece.
It measures 49” in length, 22” in height, and 1” in depth.
The silk has a couple small spots of wear such as around the edges.
There are two small marks in the silk near the tigers as shown;
a dent above them, and a tiny ding below them. May be able to be fixed.
