This little swimsuit is too cute!   Red, white and blue one piece.    The label inside reads Sears 2T, and on the reverse it says Sears, Roebuck and Co.   Sears stopped using the "Roebuck" in their name in 1984 so this is a pre-1984 piece. 

I saw one similar to this framed as art -- in a rustic style home.  I think it was a Country Living or Southern Hills magazine issue.  

The top is blue and white with red stiching around the top and arms. White cord tie in the center.  The red bottom has white accent stitching. Some of that has come loose (with a seam picker you could just remove the white thread).
